Happy Living Senior Care is a new startup in 2021 in BC Canada.
Happy living creates living space for our seniors, with affordable prices and only small group of seniors per residence to allow for best attention to their needs.
Our seniors feel like living at home with a small group of seniors which give each one of them great attention to their needs.
Our team is also very happy to be caring for our seniors, we are glad its our job. The task makes us feel like we are giving back to our parents who took care of us. Also, hope for our next generations to take care of us when we get old.

Are there any commitments or contracts ?
Our housing is available with no long term contract, month to month lease. However, we require a 2 month security deposit. The security deposit will be refunded back to our customer upon moving out.

Am I allowed to bring my own Furniture ?
No, all our units are Furnished and we do not allow our hosts to bring their furniture. If our customer require specific peice of furniture, we will be happy to help and bring the furniture requested from our storage.

Is customer referral available ?
Yes, if you refer a friend, and the application is approved. After the customer pass 2 months, you will get 1/2 month cash back.

How do we handle COVID-19 ?
Our strategy is different from other care homes. Our homes are only shared between 5-6 seniors. This allows for seperation since our care homes have a large number of people sharing the same building. Also our staff are always using protective equipment and santizing all the time. Our homes are santized and cleaned twice per week.
